A little about me to help you get a sense of who I am. I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA then moved to Southern IL, where we raised our two children, Broc and Eastin.  I now reside in sunny Phoenix, AZ, with my husband, Billy. We are kept busy by our two dogs (Violet and Milo) and our two cats (Priscilla and Squints).

I truly enjoy working to help my clients navigate their options and find lucrative solutions. I have been a licensed Loan Officer since 1999.

I saw an opportunity to do something I enjoyed to support myself and my family; being a champion for my clients has helped me turn this passion into a successful and rewarding career.

Do I qualify to buy a home?

To qualify for a mortgage, lenders typically require that you have a debt-to-income ratio of "43/49." This means that no more than 43% of your total monthly income (from all sources, before taxes) can go toward your new mortgage payment, and no more than 49.99% of your monthly income can go toward your total monthly debt (including your mortgage payment). VA and FHA loans even allow for higher debt ratios on a case-by-case basis.
